If you are a high-energy, smart, and ambitious individual with a desire to prove yourself and move up the ranks fast, then we are looking for talented Business Development Specialists (BDS) who will contact and qualify leads for our sales team to close.

responsabilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact with inbound prospects
  • Develop leads through outbound calling into targeted companies and territories
  • Responsible to set initial appointment with Account Executives and if appointment is not held, to reschedule with the prospect
  • Reach or exceed performance metrics on dials, appointments set, conversion to qualified opportunity, and sales
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections. Must be a self-starter and enjoy working with other passionate professionals
experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B software sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client hands-on understanding of the core client challenges
  • Comprehensive practical knowledge in different industries and processes
  • Initiative taking and creative, and able to work well both on your own and in a team
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)
  • Strong presentation computer skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Willingness to travel
